How can I pay online?

All prices are in US Dollars. Online orders can be securely paid for with PayPal or all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Is a Gift Wrap or Gift Card option available?

Gift wrap and cards are not an option at this time.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Sales Tax only applies to customers based in North Carolina.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Customers may return an item for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused with original packaging and tags.

We offer an extended holiday exchange period. Customers who placed an order between Nov. 1st and Dec. 24th have until Jan. 7th to initiate an exchange. This extension is only applicable to exchanges and not to refunds.

All returns must be pre-approved by contacting info@theshawlshop.com. A Return Authorization Number will be provided upon approval and will need to be documented on our Return Approval Form. All returns must include the original packing list and completed Return Approval Form and returned within seven days. Any box returned without a return authorization number or after the seven day time frame will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.

Shipping:

Although we do not charge a re-stocking fee, we do not refund shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your original order, you will be charged our shipping rate if the return brings your original total below $75. All returns are made at the customer’s cost. TheShawlShop.com is not responsible for lost or damaged items during returned shipping. It is suggested that returns are shipped using a tracked and insured shipping method. A flat fee of $6 will be charged for exchange shipping.

Exchanges:

Please be aware of any back-ordered items when requesting an exchange. If we are unable to fill an exchange, we will issue you a store credit.

Return Exclusions:

Sale Items: Sale and Clearance purchases are final.

Promotions: Any order placed with a promotional code cannot be returned for a refund. However we do offer store credit or an exchange for equal value. Orders placed using promotion such as “free item with purchase” cannot be returned for a refund.

Jewelry: For sanitary reasons, jewelry cannot be returned.
